  • Yes! You can bring your own compatible device and simply install our SIM card to start using CLEAR Mobile services.


  • Dial *#06# on your phone to reveal your IMEI number. Send that number to info@CLEAR-Mobile.com. We will let you know within a day if your device is compatible.

    If you are still having issues locating your IMEI, follow the following instructions:

    An IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) or MEID (Mobile Equipment Identifier) is a unique number exclusive to your phone. It indicates your phone’s manufacturer and model as well as the brands and frequencies it supports. This number will help us determine if your phone works on CLEAR Mobile.

    Apple

    Try one of the following:

    • Go to Settings > General > About. Your phone ID (IMEI) is about 3/4 of the way down. 

    • Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad.

    • If you purchased your phone recently, you may be able to find it on the back of the box.

    Android

    Try one of the following:

    • Go to Settings > About Phone. Your phone ID (IMEI) should be one of the first things you see. 

    • Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad.

    • If you purchased your phone recently, you may be able to find it on the back of the box.

  • Yes, you can purchase a phone from us. Your phone will arrive activated and ready to use.

  • We utilize the T-Mobile and Verizon networks to provide fast and reliable 5G coverage across the U.S.

  • Yes! For a small fee, you can port your existing number to CLEAR Mobile. Just select the option when signing up.

  • You should receive your SIM card within 3-5 business days after placing your order.

  • Once you receive your SIM card, insert it into your device (it arrives pre-activated).

  • Yes, our Lifeline plan is available to everyone.

  • No, there are no contracts or credit checks required to use CLEAR Mobile services.

  • You can cancel at any time without penalties or fees. Simply contact our support team to assist you with cancellation or if you do not pay your next bill, the service will automatically cut off.

  • Currently, our plan is focused on U.S. domestic services. Please check our website for updates on international calling options.

  • Yes, as long as you are within the T-Mobile or Verizon coverage area, you can use your service without interruption.
