  • The Privately Funded ACP provides a $30 discount on select mobile and internet plans for qualifying families.

  • Income qualifications:

    • Single Person - Less than $50,000 per year

    • Family of 2 - Less than $65,000 per year

    • Family of 3 - Less than $75,000 per year

    • Family of 4 or more - Less than $80,000 per year

  • Simply signup for the discounted plan and the discount will automatically be applied only charging $15 for the selected plans.

  • You can either bring your compatible phone or buy one from us. Our service is compatible with LTE and 5G phones that take physical SIMs.


  • Dial *#06# on your phone to reveal your IMEI number. Send that number to CLEARMobilerToday@gmail.com. We will let you know within a day if your device is compatible.

    If you are still having issues locating your IMEI, follow the following instructions:

    An IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) or MEID (Mobile Equipment Identifier) is a unique number exclusive to your phone. It indicates your phone’s manufacturer and model as well as the brands and frequencies it supports. This number will help us determine if your phone works on CLEAR Mobile.

    Try one of the following:

    • Go to Settings > General > About. Your phone ID (IMEI) is about 3/4 of the way down. 

    • Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad.

    • If you purchased your phone recently, you may be able to find it on the back of the box.

    Android

    Try one of the following:

    • Go to Settings > About Phone. Your phone ID (IMEI) should be one of the first things you see. 

    • Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad.

    • If you purchased your phone recently, you may be able to find it on the back of the box.

  • Yes, we offer porting. There is an additional cost of $10 for porting a number.

  • At this time, we do not support nternational calling or texting.

  • Yes, mobile hotspot is available with every plan.

  • No, our Affordable Plan was created to fill the gap in various State programs that limit the number of devices or services per household. We do not have any limitations.

What we do

Congress ended the Affordable Connectivity Program taking away affordable mobile services and home internet for over 23 million families. To support these families, CLEAR Mobile offers a new, Lifeline plan. CLEAR understands that families need multiple mobile lines for child safety, home internet, schoolwork, job searches, and healthcare, therefore we offer multiple lines for each household and family.
